The 2025 NFL draft is less than a month away.
The Kansas City Chiefs are diligently working to finalize the team's draft board, with prospects taking pre-draft visits and pro days underway across college football. In the coming weeks, the team will continue to host prospects, hold private workouts, and have virtual visits with prospects in order to better inform their decisions in the 2025 NFL draft
Below, we'll track every reported top 30 visit, private workout, formal interview at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, and prospect meeting at all-star games. Be sure to bookmark the page, as we will keep you updated as we learn of more meetings with prospects ahead of the 2025 NFL draft.
Tracking Chiefs' top 30 visits thus far
These are 30 pre-draft visits that teams are allotted with prospects in the upcoming draft class. Some visits don't count against the 30-player limit if prospects attend university within 50 miles of the team.
These visits do not include any on-field testing or workouts at team facilities, but they give prospects a taste of life as a Kansas City Chief. Players will tour the campus at 1 Arrowhead Dr., meet with various staff members, and have sit-down opportunities with coaches.
The Chiefs often reserve a few visits for likely priority undrafted free agent players who impressed at their pro days and whom they didn't get much facetime with during the pre-draft process. Other times, they'll host players with an injury history so they can have them meet with team trainers and doctors for examinations. In other cases, they bring players with character questions to see if they'll mesh with the team culture. Ultimately, the visit provides unique data points for the team to consider as they assemble their final draft board.
Under Brett Veach, the Chiefs have drafted several players who have confirmed pre-draft visits with the team. That list includes Kingsley Suamataia, Rashee Rice, BJ Thompson, Jaylen Watson, Joshua Williams, Nick Bolton, and Juan Thornhill.
