The Kansas City Chiefs have the opportunity of a lifetime this weekend -b to get a three-peat, something that has never been done, ever. Yet, all of the questions on Monday night for the Opening Night of the Super Bowl were fun and silly. It gives the players a chance to relax a bit, you know before things become absolute insanity.

But the opening night was chaotic enough for some of the players. You have guys like Patrick Mahomes, the most famous quarterback in the league right now, who is chasing his fourth Super Bowl. You have guys like Chris Jones, who happens to be the most likable huge human being you will ever meet.

And then you have guys like Travis Kelce, who are bombarded with media because he is, well, Travis Kelce, the greatest tight end ever, and then there is his love life with Taylor Swift that everyone wants to know about as well.

But, this question in particular is not about his love life with Taylor Swift, but instead, his love life with the game of football.

"Where will I be in 3 years? Hopefully still playing football…For the most part, I plan on being a Kansas City Chief and playing football," Kelce said on Monday night. "I feel like I have a lot of good football in me, but we’ll see what happens. I have a lot of other opportunities in my life.”

We have all heard the rumors — Travis Kelce wants to retire and start acting. We have all seen some of the off-the-field stuff he has done, and he will definitely have a career after football, doing whatever it is he wants to do. But, it feels like we finally got some clarity here.

And, hey, if he wins the Super Bowl, he has to keep playing until he loses, right? The Chiefs will have a chance to three-peat with a win over the Philadelphia Eagles. And, after that game, we could learn a lot.
