Former Kansas City Chiefs CB Trent McDuffie is set to start a new chapter in his career with the Los Angeles Rams in 2026.

He’ll be with a new team for the upcoming NFL season after being traded away to the Rams, signing a new mega-deal with the NFC West club this offseason. Yes, McDuffie will be playing for a new team in 2026, but the 25-year-old made it abundantly clear that the time he spent in Kansas City is near and dear to him.

It’s not just the message he shared with fans, teammates, and coaches upon the official announcement of his trade, but his recent actions that show he’s devoted to being remembered as a lifetime member of the Chiefs organization.

Trent McDuffie gets some fresh ink commemorating his Super Bowl wins in Kansas City

McDuffie got himself some fresh ink at Lakimii Tattoo in Los Angeles, California:

McDuffie got his chest done and a full sleeve on his right arm, with a portion of it dedicated to his success with the Chiefs. You can see the sleeve on his forearm features “LVII” and “LVIII” for the two Super Bowls he won in Kansas City. McDuffie played in three consecutive Super Bowls, with back-to-back wins referenced in his tattoo.

A former first-round pick out of the University of Washington in the 2022 NFL Draft, McDuffie was an instant star for Kansas City despite running into some injury adversity as a rookie. He’d started 56 regular-season games and 10 playoff games with Kansas City over four seasons from 2022 through 2025, including the aforementioned three Super Bowl appearances.

Over that four-year span, he amassed 286 total tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, nine forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, 47 passes defended, and three interceptions. McDuffie also became a two-time All-Pro in Kansas City, earning First-Team honors in 2023 and Second-Team Honors in 2024.
