The Kansas City Chiefs got their offense back on track, for now. While playing like they did on Sunday isn't ideal, it works for now. They were down 14-0 to the Las Vegas Raiders and found a way to not only come back but win by 14 points.

The defense definitely played their part, at least in the second half. In the first half, the Chiefs defense gave up 14 points. In the second half, they gave up just three points. So, I guess you could say the defense locked in. They did their part while the offense ended its second-half scoring drought.

Well, at least it looked like the Chiefs did their part. If you were to ask Raiders superstar receiver Davante Adams, he would tell you there was nothing special the Chiefs did. The Raiders did everything to themselves.

"No disrespect to them, but it was more about what we were doing," Adams told reporters in the locker room after the game. "We just didn't really execute the way that we had been doing in a position to put some points on the board, so we just have to do a better job of sticking to the things that get us to that point."

These are rivalry games, and that kind of game can get a bit heated, but what Adams is saying is just wrong. First, let's start by saying that just because you say no disrespect doesn't mean it isn't disrespectful. Secondly, this isn't the first time he has done that this season.

Finally, what the Raiders did to themselves was because of the Chief's defense. The Raiders didn't commit any penalties or have any turnovers, which means the Chiefs' defense forced them to do everything bad. So, you can't really say you shot yourselves in the foot; you really just got outplayed. It happens.
