Located in Lot M on the north side of the stadium closest to Lancer Lane, will open at 11:30 a.m. The Ford Tailgate District is a free space for all fans to enjoy drinks, food trucks, tailgating games and live entertainment leading up to kickoff. This week the district will feature live music from Run With It & DJ Lazer.

KC Current midfielder Lo’eau LaBonta will serve as this week's drum honoree.
Travis Kelce imitated LaBonta's viral celebration ahead of Week 2 of the 2023 NFL season, so it's only fitting that she be the team's drum leader for the upcoming game.
The Tony DiPardo Spirit Leader for Week 2 of the 2024 NFL season will be U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Susie Nu’uvali.
National Anthem & Flyover Information:
The family band of five brothers and one sister, The Haygoods, will perform the national anthem while the Missouri and Kansas Highway Patrol will present the colors. The flyover will be conducted by the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Infantry Division out of Fort Riley, Kansas.
Halftime:
The Chiefs, in conjunction with the NFL’s “Por La Cultura” initiative celebrating the Latino community and culture, will honor Latino Heritage Month and the traditions of Latinos with a tribute during Sunday’s game. During halftime, there will be a performance from Grupo Izcalli and the Guadalupe Centers’ Elementary Aztec Folkloric Dance Team. Grupo Folklórico Izcalli is an all-women Mexican dance group, formed in 2021, with a mission to share their Mexican culture with the Kansas City metro area community and to fully immerse themselves in it through dance. Guadalupe Centers Elementary School provides rigorous and engaging academic and cultural experiences for their students, with a mission to improve lives in the Latino communities throughout the Kansas City area. The NFL’s season-long initiative showcases Latino players, coaches and staff, while celebrating Latino excellence and sharing authentic stories of the community. “Por La Cultura” will feature a range of cultural and community-focused activities at both national and local levels.
