It's obviously unwise to make assumptions, but it certainly sounds like Hardman could be dealing with a serious injury.

NFL reporter Dov Kleiman suggested that Hardman's injury could lead to Kansas City reuniting with wide receiver Demarcus Robinson.

Robinson was recently released by the Las Vegas Raiders.

Robinson played for the Chiefs from 2016 to 2021. The former Florida Gators standout had his best season in 2020 when he caught 45 passes for 466 yards and three touchdowns.

With JuJu Smith-Schuster also dealing with an injury, it makes sense that Kansas City could look to add some wide receiver depth. Robinson would be the best option considering his familiarity with the Chiefs and the offense.

I'd almost be surprised if this move didn't happen at some point in the next day or so.
