The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles have released their inactive players lists for their Week 2 matchup at Arrowhead Stadium.

Chiefs wide receivers Xavier Worthy and Jalen Royals have already been ruled out for the game, as has Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert. Let’s take a look at each team’s full lists.

Chiefs inactive players

  • WR Xavier Worthy
  • WR Jalen Royals
  • C/G Hunter Nourzad
  • DE Malik Herring
  • RB Elijah Mitchell
  • TE Jared Wiley

Eagles inactive players

  • TE Dallas Goedert
  • RB Will Shipley
  • OT Cameron Williams
  • LB Azeez Ojulari
  • DE Ogbo Okoronkwo
  • OL Drew Kendall

Observations:

  • Goedert is the only starter that the Eagles will be without in this matchup. Starting left guard Landon Dickerson will play, but he has been battling a nagging back injury.
  • With Shipley out, keep an eye out for Tank Bigsby to make his Eagles debut. Philadelphia just acquired him on Monday.
  • Rookie Omarr Norman-Lott will make his NFL debut after missing last week’s season opener with an ankle injury. He will be a welcomed addition to the Chiefs’ pass rush.
  • Mitchell finds himself inactive once again for K.C. If the Chiefs’ rushing attack continues to struggle, he may get a shot down the line. Isiah Pacheco, Kareem Hunt, and Brashard Smith will carry the load this week.
