Travis Kelce knows a lot about winning, but he also has some experience losing.

Specifically, Kelce and the Chiefs fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in dominating fashion in Super Bowl LIX, ending Kansas City's chances of becoming the first team in NFL history to three-peat.

No player likes to lose, but to fall in such a big game like this is not easy to get over.

”The reality’s going to suck here for quite a while," Kelce stated on Wednesday's Episode of New Heights." "It’s just life man. It’s life. This sport can humble you so fast.

One moment you can be on top of the world, and then next you are left devastated.

"It can give you so much praise. It can shoot you to the moon and it can bury you," Kelce added. "It can absolutely bury you. And it’s just the occupation we chose and not everything can go as planned sometimes. Even though we’ve been able to find a way over the past however long, but especially this year and this team. We were knowing for finding a way.

"And as much as I like to think we could have done things differently, it just didn’t feel like at the end of it it was meant to be. It is what it is.”

The Eagles were in control of the entire game, taking a 24-0 lead at halftime. And then in the second half, it was more of the same, with Philadelphia winning 40-22.

As Kelce said, it was clear that nothing was going in the Chiefs favor, whereas everything was working out for the Eagles.
