Update: CBS has updated its Week 18 late slate broadcast map. Even fewer audiences will see the Chiefs-Chargers game. See both maps below.
The Kansas City Chiefs (10-6) will face the Los Angeles Chargers (5-11) in Week 18 of the 2023 NFL season. It's the final time these two AFC West rivals have met so far this season.
The Chiefs are set to rest their starters with the No. 3 seed in the AFC all locked up for the postseason. The Chargers are looking for something positive to hang their hat on heading into the postseason as they search for a new head coach and general manager combination.
Will you be able to watch that game on TV? If you live in the green areas on the map below you’ll get this game on your local CBS channels, according to 506sports.com:

This is one of the few weeks throughout the 2023 NFL season where the Chiefs' matchup won't be plastered across televisions throughout the United States. A team quarterbacked by Blaine Gabbert doesn't quite have the allure to fans that a team quarterbacked by Patrick Mahomes has.
They'll be competing with two games that have playoff implications and feature divisional matchups during the 4:25 p.m. ET slot on CBS. Those are games between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers, as well as a matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants.
The Chiefs and Chargers will get the CBS Sports' Spero Dedes (play-by-play) and Adam Archuleta (analyst) on the call for Week 18, which is also quite rare for this Kansas City team.
