When you make it into the Super Bowl, you can't go to the Grammys.
Sorry, Travis Kelce.
While that might seem pretty self explanatory, TMZ confirmed that Travis will not be in attendance for his girlfriend's performance (and possible awards) at this year's show.
Instead, he will be traveling with the Kansas City Chiefs to Las Vegas on Sunday to kick off a long week in preparation for Super Bowl LVIII. So that leaves no time to slip away to Los Angeles.
So instead, let's take a look at some of the alternatives for Taylor Swift to take to the Grammy Awards. And to make it more fun, we're going to rank them.
Of course she could take her amazing parents, Scott and Andrea Swift, which is always an incredible choice, but here are some more people that all have ties to the Chiefs.
7. Tammy Reid

Andy Reid and Swift shared a very sweet moment after the Chiefs victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
While Reid and his wife stood on stage to accept the Lamar Hunt Trophy, he and Swift were pictured pointed at one another in the stands to celebrate the moment.
Tammy Reid is no stranger to having fun and while Swift's new bestie, Andy, can't make it, why not bring his wife.
6. Lyndsay Bell

Swift has been seen hanging out with Lyndsay Bell, the wife of Chiefs tight end Blake Bell, during games in the suite. And they have certainly gotten close, taking numerous photos together at different games throughout the season.
Because of that, why not bring her. However, her pregnancy could put a stop to that one.
6. Brittney Mahomes

Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are clearly the best of friends both on and off the field. And now Brittney Mahomes and Swift are too.
The duo have been spotted together often since the singer began traveling and attending Chiefs games this season. They sit together in the suite, and celebrate the big plays together.
And considering Mahomes is known to find Kelce in the end zone pretty often, they get to celebrate a lot.
So instead of celebrating the accomplishments of their partners, Swift should bring Brittney to the Grammys with her so they can scream and jump up and down when the pop star inevitably wins.
4. Kylie Kelce

While the two just met recently, they already seem to be the best of friends. And they were even videoed celebrating together during Sunday's AFC Championship game.
Kylie, the wife of Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, has become a popular figure across the NFL since making her long awaited appearance on the New Heights podcast earlier this season.
Travis and her have a close relationship and she appears so down to earth, so it's clear why Swift would want to be friends with her.
Plus, the way Kylie talks with Jason and Travis makes everyone laugh.
So if Swift brings her, the singer is in for a good time.
3. Ed Kelce

Swift has gotten very close with both of Travis' parents, and was even seen celebrating with them after the Chiefs clinched a spot in the Super Bowl.
As Travis was on stage alongside Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid and a few other players, Swift was on the field with her arm around Ed Kelce.
Can you imagine their photos together on the red carpet. 🥺
2. Donna Kelce

Donna Kelce is an absolute legend.
The mother of Jason and Travis is always there to cheer on her sons at their games. And since Swift has been at a lot of games this past season, the two have been seen getting close.
Donna has walked all over the NFL field, but now it's time for her to dominate a red carpet.
1. Jason Kelce

This one is simple.
No one knows how to make a first impression quite like Jason Kelce.
And that showed as the Eagles center took his shirt off to celebrate Travis' touchdown in the Chiefs win over the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round. Oh and did I mention this was also the first time he was meeting Swift.
But none of that mattered to him. And while his wife tried to make sure he behaved himself, Jason had other ideas.
"I was like, 'Kylie the first day I met you I was blacked out drunk and fell asleep at the bar.' This is part of the charm," Jason said on the New Heights podcast after the game. "This is part of the Jason Kelce charm. I wanna make my best first impression. This is my best chance."
But it worked on Swift
“Well, Tay said she absolutely loved you,” Travis later said.
So Jason Kelce and Taylor Swift at the Grammys… this is a no brainer. Make it happen!!
