In what is one of the more anticipated AFC Championship games in a while, the Kansas City Chiefs will be tasked with stopping an explosive offense in the Baltimore Ravens. They have the MVP of the 2023 season and weapons around him to help him out.
Now, they are getting even better, as they just activated one of their best weapons, if not their best one.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Baltimore Ravens are activating Mark Andrews for the game on Sunday, as he has been on IR and has not played since Week 11.
The Chiefs know the challenge that Andrews presents.
"He's another weapon for the quarterback and a trusted weapon," defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo said earlier this week. "We will have to be on point. What you hope for is that they are a little rusty, right? These guys are pro athletes, and they know what they are doing, so I don't think we can completely trust that that's going to happen."
Kansas City will also have to deal with guys like Odell Beckham Jr., Zay Flowers, and Rashod Bateman. This matchup just instantly became more difficult for the road team.
