So, if you watched the Sunday Night Football game against the Tennessee Titans, then you probably know that the Kansas City Chiefs are currently being made out to be the bad guy.
Why? Well, penalties. However, the Chiefs don't decide what gets thrown and what doesn't. If they did, the Chiefs wouldn't have had two more penalties for 18 more yards.
But I digress.
The Chiefs did have some penalties go their way, but so did the Titans. It was a very poorly officiated game overall.
The one call in particular that Titans' fans thought didn't go their way but should have, was the Kalu hold on Travis Kelce. After the game, Mike Vrabel was asked about that, and kind of threw shade at Kelce.
“They have let Travis [Kelce] play like that..,” Vrabel said when asked about the no offensive pass interference call.
Now, after reviewing the tape, Vrabel has gone back on his words.
This time around, he is right. You can't hold your hands on the outside of a player as they are releasing from the line of scrimmage. Yes, Kelce knocked his helmet off, but that was a result of him trying to get Kalu off of him.
Props to Mike Vrabel, even if he has a funny way of somewhat apologizing to Kelce.
