Travis Kelce just couldn't help himself during the latest episode of New Heights. He had to take a little dig at his older brother.
But, in Travis' defense, Jason Kelce did set him up for it somewhat.
It began when Jason asked Travis a question about why he decided against retirement.
"Is it because you've seen me in retirement and you're like, f*** that," Jason jokingly questioned.
"No. I actually think you've handled it perfectly Jason," Travis replied. "I think you've thrived outside of missing an Eagles Super Bowl. I think you absolutely killed it dude."
That earned a loud laugh from Jason and a quick response.
"You f***ing d***," he told his brother.
But, Travis isn't wrong. Jason decided to retire following the 2023 season, and in 2024-25, the Eagles made it to the Super Bowl and ultimately took home the Lombardi trophy.
However, technically, Jason can say he had something to do with it as he helped the Eagles draft his replacement in Cam Jurgens, who earned a Pro Bowl nod in his first season as starting center.
Plus, when you look at all Jason was able to do in retirement, he still took center stage across the NFL.
"I do think you have absolutely killed it in retirement," Travis admitted. "That didn't pursue me in any way."
