Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is the guy you want to hang out with at a family reunion.
At least that's kinda how Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes described him at the Pro Bowl.
Mahomes was mic'd up during the Pro-Bowl and NFL Films caught a conversation between him and Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby.
The conversation centered around coaches — a conversation in which Mahomes described Reid as a "cool uncle".

Reid is known for his Hawaiian shirts away from the field — which is definitely something a cool uncle would do.
So Mahomes' description definitely checks out.
It's not all fun and games, though, Mahomes acknowledged that you don't want to disappoint Reid.
The Chiefs head coach gives his players freedom, as long as they don't abuse that freedom.
Maybe that's part of the reason Kansas City always looks so relaxed on the sidelines.
