The Kansas City Chiefs have released their first injury report ahead of their Week 2 showdown with the Jacksonville Jaguars in an AFC divisional round rematch. 

Andy Reid provided some recent injury updates, confirming that some key players would return to practice on Wednesday. He also gave an update on the lone player who was set to miss practice. All-in-all the injury report aligned well with what Reid said when he spoke with the media.

Injury report observations:

  • Chris Jones and Travis Kelce were both limited in their first days back. Jones is getting a ramp-up period in practice after no work this offseason. Expect full participation as early as tomorrow.
  • L'Jarius Sneed is going to see veteran rest days this season due to his knee injury. Expect more limited practices in the future.
