The Kansas City Chiefs' first-round pick gave exciting news on Wednesday.

When OTAs and rookie minicamps kicked off a few months ago, the Chief's first pick in the 2023 draft wasn't doing much, if anything, at all. Felix Anudike-Uzomah was dealing with a hand issue then, and it sent some Chiefs fans into a bit of a frenzy.

Now, he has updated the media and fans on his status.

"My hand is 100%," FAU said as he shook and showed his hand to reporters. "Everything is fine… I hurt it in the Big 12 Championship, last play of the game."

The Chiefs took the Kansas City native with the very last pick of the first round at pick No. 31. FAU is expected to have a significant role on the edge. He won't be a starter, but for those obvious pass plays when the Chiefs move Charles Omenihu inside, the edge could look like George Karlaftis and FAU.

With him 100% healthy, the rookie won't have to worry about being a bit behind because of missing some of camp. The Chiefs are getting healthy.
