Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill must've awakened on Saturday morning and read all the criticism he's received over the last 24 hours.

That's because Tannehill took to Twitter to finally respond to the Titans' recent moves. Tennessee's starting quarterback sent a couple of tweets welcoming wide receiver Treylon Burks and quarterback Malik Willis to the roster.

Tannehill received some criticism on Friday when Burks, the Titans' first-round draft pick, said that a couple of Tennessee players had already reached out to him. Tannehill, however, wasn't among those who had reached out to Burks.

The soon-to-be 34-year-old quarterback also addressed the Titans' trade of AJ Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles via an Instagram post.

"Saying 'it’s a business' never makes the business moments any easier, but I’m grateful to have built a bond with this dude that goes way beyond the field," wrote Tannehill.

Just last week, Tannehill said Brown was one of the only players on the Titans' roster that he'd let babysit his child.

There's no doubt that Tannehill and Brown had a tight relationship. Brown, however, decided it was time to move on from Nashville after refusing to participate in voluntary team workouts and making some contract demands that Tennessee saw as unreasonable.

Tannehill could be joining him in exiting Nashville (after the 2022 season) if Willis proves to be a franchise quarterback for the Titans.
