Titans QB Ryan Tannehill is once again involved in drama that's his own fault

Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill is no stranger to offseason drama.
Earlier this month, Tannehill caught some grief for not showing up to Tennessee's voluntary offseason workouts.
Shortly after that became a topic of discussion, Tannehill posted a photo to Instagram that showed him on a boat with the caption "recharged".
That's ultimately not a huge deal, it's just bad optics on Tannehill's part.
And the bad optics continued this week.
On Thursday night, the Titans selected Arkansas wide receiver Treylon Burks with the No. 18 overall pick.
Burks told reporters on Friday that he's heard from several of his new teammates. Tannehill, however, is not one of the teammates he's heard from yet.
Look, I know we all tend to make a big deal out of stuff sometimes that really isn't a big deal. But this is just a poor look from Tannehill.
Burks was drafted by the Titans to essentially serve as the franchise's No. 1 wide receiver (due to the AJ Brown trade). You would think that Tannehill would show some leadership and reach out to Burks almost immediately. All it takes is a quick text to welcome him to the roster. It doesn't have to be some extravagant form of communication.
I don't think there's any intent of malice from Tannehill. And I don't necessarily think he's a bad teammate. It just shows that maybe Tannehill isn't the type of leader that some other quarterbacks in the NFL have proved to be.
