No one goes viral for awkward moments quite like South Carolina Gamecocks head coach Shane Beamer.

Over the last couple of years, Beamer's gone viral numerous times thanks to his sometimes quirky personality and his penchant for getting annoyed at certain questions from media members.

In 2022, there was Beamer's response to a question about running back Rocket Sanders (who, oddly enough, transferred to South Carolina this offseason), which featured the SC head coach staring into space after answering the question before giving the reporter an annoyed look.

There was also the time that Beamer snapped at a reporter after South Carolina lost to Georgia in 2022.

Beamer's latest awkward moment came on Monday at SEC Media Days when a photo of the fourth-year head coach sitting on what appears to be a mechanical bull made its way to the internet.

That's reminiscent of a teenager reluctantly posing for a photo after mom demands it.

Beamer gets a hard time from folks on the internet. But here's a secret — just win games and the awkward/cringe moments will go from being viewed as punch lines to being viewed as genius. If you don't believe me, just ask Jim Harbaugh, a coach who is far more quirky and cringe/awkward than Beamer could ever dream of being.
