The Kansas City Chiefs (12-1) will face the Cleveland Browns (3-10) in Week 15 of the 2024 NFL season at Noon CT on Sunday, Dec. 15.
As Andy Reid's comments on Wednesday suggest, the Chiefs aren't taking anything for granted heading into this matchup.
"We look forward to the challenge of playing the Browns," Reid said. "They’re a good football team. Every team in this league, as we know, has a chance to win games so we – that’s the way the league’s set up right now, so we get ourselves ready to play. You don’t care about records or anything else. I know they’re well-coached. I know (Browns Head Coach) Kevin (Stefanski) personally, and he does a heck of a job. His (Browns Defensive) Coordinator (Jim) Schwartz, I mean, I’ve known for a long time, and (Browns Offensive Coordinator Ken) Dorsey – (Browns Assistant Head Coach/Special Teams Coordinator) Bubba (Ventrone) – I mean they’re all good football coaches (and) they’ve got good players. We’ve got to make sure (that) we have a good week of practice going forward here."
A win could help the Chiefs move closer to clinching the AFC's No. 1 seed, while a loss would make things even more difficult for Kansas City.
Will you be able to watch that game on TV? If you live in the red areas on the map below, you’ll get this game on your local CBS channels, according to 506sports.com:

Week 15 Broadcast Map Breakdown
Perhaps surprisingly, there is a lot of national interest in the Week 15 game between the Chiefs and the Browns. During the early slate, the overwhelming majority of CBS stations will show KC-CLE, while the majority of Florida and Southern Texas will show HOU-MIA (blue), and the East Coast will show BAL-NYG (green). Why exactly is interest so high? You could probably attribute some of it to the storylines, such as Ohio natives Travis Kelce and Kareem Hunt returning home to face the team they grew up rooting for. It's of particular intrigue for Hunt, given that he last played for the Browns.
Broadcasters on the call for Chiefs vs. Browns
The Chiefs will get Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Charles Davis (color commentary), and Evan Washburn (sideline reporter) for the Week 15 tilt with the Browns. They'll get Ian Eagle again alongside an entirely different crew for Netflix's Week 17 Christmas Day game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
