A pair of Kansas City Chiefs players are set to host teammates for a charity softball game on Thursday, June 6.
Chiefs S Justin Reid and RG Trey Smith have taken over the charity softball match formerly hosted by WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling. It'll take place at Legends Field where the Kansas City Monarchs play. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit both Justin and Trey’s respective foundations.
The parking lot for the event opens at 4:00 p.m. CT for a tailgate event. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. CT ahead of the main events, which will include a Homerun Derby (6:00 p.m. CT) and an offense vs. defense softball game featuring teams captained by Reid and Smith (7:00 p.m. CT).
