The NFL Draft is approaching quickly. The NFL season is already more than halfway over. The first ever 12-Team College Football Playoff is less than a month away. The 2025 NFL Draft class is already about done with football this fall, so it's time we take a look at where this year's set of top prospects likely get selected.
Today we'll be diving into the first two full rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft. To help inform these picks we used 100% of available mock draft data over the last two months, production profiles, film analysis, and league sourced information to help build what the first 64 picks could look like next spring. There will be a few shocking shifts at wide receiver and quarterback versus current consensus, but every rank and selection is heavily informed by predictive data. Enjoy!
1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
Travis Hunter is without a doubt the best player in college football this season and will assuredly be the top overall prospect on many 2025 NFL Draft boards. Hunter has nearly 1000 receiving yards, ten offensive touchdowns, almost 30 tackles, and three interceptions on the season. There's no player like him. The Jaguars will sprint to the podium to help resolve two roster issues at both cornerback and wide receiver if they can't trade out of this pick.
2. Tennessee Titans: Jaxson Dart, QB Ole Miss
Jaxson Dart ranks first among all FBS quarterbacks in yards per play, passer rating, and adjusted yards per pass attempt. He is the most efficient quarterback in the nation, the most productive in the SEC, and brings with him pro level traits both via mobility and arm talent. It's taking the masses a bit longer to catch up on how special Dart truly is, but that will change soon enough.
3. Cleveland Browns: Cam Ward, QB Miami
It's a tale as old as time. The Browns desperately need to fix their quarterback situation. Ward diagnoses quickly from the pocket and distributes easily with his rocket arm talent. And if he does have to improvise off-schedule he thrives in that environment too. The Browns might need him to make some crazy throws like the one featured in the post below quite often in the near future.
4. Las Vegas Raiders: Jalen Milroe, QB Alabama
Jalen Milroe has the highest upside of any quarterback in the class given his athleticism. His wild speed at 6'2", 225 pounds allows him to function like a home run hitting running back outside the pocket, but he can fling it with touch and accuracy downfield too. Milroe needs to clean up his sack and pressure issues, but the Raiders would be getting a dynamic do-it-all weapon who could start and "wow" from the first moment he steps on an NFL field.
5. New York Giants: Shedeur Sanders, QB Colorado
It might shock some to see Shedeur Sanders "drop" to QB4 in the class here, but that's likely where he deserves to be. He has phenomenal playmaking ability, finds his weapons all over the field with consistency, but struggles with pressure, makes some truly strange decisions at times, and has an inflated profile overall thanks to his high volume of dink and dunk underneath connections. The Giants would immediately improve with him at the helm versus whatever they're going to start at quarterback for the rest of this season.
6. New England Patriots: Tetairoa McMillan, WR Arizona
Tetairoa McMillan is easily the number one wide receiver in the 2025 NFL Draft class at this point. He's a monster at the catch point and separates much easier than expected at his 6'5", 212-pound size. He also has the most absurd production profile in the class, fitting the mold of an elite future WR1 in the NFL. His 99th percentile marks in yards per team pass attempt, receiving yard market share, and expected points added per team pass attempt should have any team confident in his ability to produce with significant opportunity volume and do so efficiently.
7. New York Jets: Will Johnson, CB Michigan
The Jets may move up for a quarterback, but if they don't the next best move will be to aim for the most talented player on the board at pick seven here. Will Johnson snagged two pick sixes before missing much of the 2024 college football season with Michigan. He is the best outside cover cornerback in the draft when healthy and should make for an unbeatable pairing with Sauce Gardner.
8. Carolina Panthers: Luther Burden, WR Missouri
This former five star wide receiver exploded for more than 1200 yards and nine touchdowns a year ago for Missouri. The Tigers offense has struggled mightily overall this year thanks to a massive downturn in results from quarterback Brady Cook, but Burden has bailed his team out all year long, providing the much-needed spark even when teams are keying on him. The Panthers could still use a wide receiver that separates easily in a variety of roles.
9. Dallas Cowboys: James Pearce Jr., EDGE Tennessee
James Pearce Jr. has averaged both a pass rush win rate and pressure rate over 20% throughout his entire career at Tennessee. He's posted back to back to seasons above both marks and is the only player in the class who can say that. He might need to add some strength, but his lean, speedy, flexible frame dominates off the edge more consistently than most any edge rusher in the last decade. The Cowboys get an elite talent to pair with Parsons here for the next decade.

10. New Orleans Saints: Mason Graham, DL Michigan
The Saints have quite a few issues, but one obvious spot is along the interior defensive line. If Mason Graham somehow drops to pick ten in the 2025 NFL Draft it would be foolish not to select him. He's incredible against the run, but his burst and fanatical approach to the pass rush is nearly unstoppable. Graham might be the most talented player in the draft outside of Travis Hunter.
11. Cincinnati Bengals: Emeka Egbuka, WR Ohio State
If the Bengals move on from Tee Higgins then they'll need to find a special replacement right away to help Joe Burrow. Emeka Egbuka is an elite talent at wide receiver who just sometimes gets overshadowed because of the other talented players around him. However, two years ago he was the second most productive true sophomore wide receiver in the nation behind only his teammate, Marvin Harrison Jr. and it seems many forget that. He was dinged up a bit in 2023, but he's back to his WR1 ways alongside true freshman phenom Jeremiah Smith at Ohio State in 2024.
12. Miami Dolphins: Kelvin Banks, OT Texas
Kelvin Banks is quite possibly the best offensive tackle in the 2025 NFL Draft class. He's got great size, mobility, and strength to anchor against any opposing pass rush. The season is nearly over and the only sack he's technically allowed was not even his fault. Banks could eventually replace Terron Armstead, immediately upgrade on Austin Jackson, or kick inside as a physical guard for the Miami Dolphins in year one.
13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Abdul Carter, EDGE Penn State
Abdul Carter can dominate playing edge defender or off-ball linebacker. He can drop into coverage, destroy an offensive tackle with his strength, bend around the edge, and shows exemplary discipline in the run game. He could be the most dynamic, versatile, and important weapon the Buccaneers have immediately. It's still just his first year playing edge and he looks like a veteran.
14. Chicago Bears: Benjamin Morrison, CB Notre Dame
Benjamin Morrison injured his hip and missed almost all of the 2024 college football season with the Fighting Irish, but he's still one of the best cornerbacks in the draft class. He's allowed a completion rate below 46% and a passer rating under 45 throughout his entire career, easily shutting down perimeter wide receivers. The Bears would get a special talent that could potentially be their best cornerback from day one.
15. Indianapolis Colts: Nic Scourton, EDGE Texas A&M
At more than 280 pounds Nic Scourton has the positional flexibility to destroy off the edge or slide inside at the next level, leading to key mismatches up front against opposing offenses. This would be back to back early edge investments in round one for the Colts, but Scourton can be so much more than just that.

16. Seattle Seahawks: Will Campbell, OT LSU
The Seahawks continue to have offensive line issues and Will Campell can plug and play wherever they need him. He's been near perfect this season in pass protection for LSU at offensive tackle, but given his likely measurements at the NFL Combine could ideally play guard in the NFL too. Given his pass pro chops he could be the best offensive lineman on the team right away.
17. Los Angeles Rams: Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE Georgia
The Rams have struggled at the linebacker position all year. Jalon Walker could bring every down athletic upside to the position group as an off-ball linebacker with wild strength and speed. However, he's also a proven pass rush specialist who has 11 sacks over the last two seasons. He's the ultimate plug-and-play chess piece that will keep NFL offenses guessing on every down.
18. San Francisco 49ers: Malaki Starks, S Georgia
Malaki Starks has been destined to be a first round draft pick since he was a true freshman at Georgia. He's led the Bulldogs' defense in snaps since his first season. He's a proven tackler with over 20 career passes defended in the last three seasons who can line up and win anywhere in the defensive secondary in the tackle box. He already plays like a savvy veteran who could be the leader of the 49ers defense for years.
19. Denver Broncos: Ashton Jeanty, RB Boise State
The Broncos still need to take massive steps forward on offense and Ashton Jeanty could be one way to do it. He's still averaging nearly 7.5 yards per carry this season for Boise State on his way to a potentially record-breaking statistical year. He brings feature back size, speed, and home run threat ability on every snap. The Broncos don't have a single difference maker in their backfield, but Jeanty would change that.
20. Atlanta Falcons: Mykel Williams, EDGE Georgia
Mykel Williams has been fighting through injury for much of this season, but he's still an extremely talented lock for first round NFL Draft capital. He's the perfect 6'5", 265-pound monster athlete at edge defender who can move offensive lines at will with his strength, but possesses enough bend to create pass rush pressure too. Easy selection to set alongside Grady Jarrett up front for the Falcons.

21. Houston Texans: Deone Walker, DL Kentucky
There isn't any other player in the 2025 NFL Draft class quite like Deone Walker. He's 6'6", nearly 350 pounds, but has moves like an edge rusher. Walker logged over 50 pass rush pressures in 2023 thanks to his unique blend of burst, strength, and agility to recover even when his initial attack might land him out of place. He's taken a slight step back this season, but the Texans need a big body with some versatility like Walker.
22. Arizona Cardinals: Wyatt Milum, OT West Virginia
Most don't get enough eyes on West Virginia football, but those who do understand how dominant Wyatt Milum has been for three straight years. He's gone three years in a row without allowing a sack in pass protection and brings plenty of physicality in the run game. It's likely he won't test as the most athletic offensive lineman at the NFL Combine in the spring, but he's definitely worth a first round pick to pair with Paris Johnson long-term for Arizona and can kick inside as their best guard to start his career for a couple years.
23. Washington Commanders: Tre Harris, WR Ole Miss
The Commanders desperately need to give Jayden Daniels more weapons to target on the perimeter. Terry McLaurin is fine, but Tre Harris could unlock Daniels in a way that not many rookie wide receivers could. Harris boasts excellent understanding of post-snap reads to break into space against zone, requisite speed to create his own separation, and wins in contested situations too. Prior to going down with an injury this year he was on pace to approach 2000 receiving yards for Ole Miss.
24. Baltimore Ravens: Tyler Booker, IOL Alabama
The Baltimore Ravens get the best true offensive guard in the entire draft class here at pick 24, which could help them immensely. Tyler Booker has been a top tier talent, near first round lock ever since he was 16 years old thanks to his absurd movement skills, hands work, and strength.
25. Los Angeles Chargers: Colston Loveland, TE Michigan
Colston Loveland joins up with his former college coach Jim Harbaugh here to give Justin Herbert a difference maker at tight end. Loveland has outproduced the entire wide receiver room for Michigan this season despite the Wolverines offense being a dumpster fire. He is perfect modern receiving tight end who can also win in run blocking when called upon.
26. Green Bay Packers: Walter Nolen, DL Ole Miss
Walter Nolen is a havoc machine. Whether he's getting credit for the stats or not he'll throw his body into the fray with reckless abandon anywhere along the defensive front. If he's asked to win off the edge one-on-one he can do it. When he's asked to throw two offensive lineman out of the way so a blitzing linebacker can log an easy sack, he does it. Nolen is a selfless defender always looking to make a mess in opponents' backfields that the Packers sorely need up front right now.
27. Pittsburgh Steelers: Shavon Revel Jr., CB East Carolina
Shavon Revel Jr. tore his ACL early in the season during a practice in September, so he'll miss much of the 2025 NFL Draft process, but should be good to go by the beginning of his rookie season. He was on pace for a special season and would be an every down outside corner opposite Joey Porter for the Steelers.
28. Minnesota Vikings: Kenneth Grant, DL Michigan
Kenneth Grant is a thick 6'3", 340 pounds, but has the speed to chase down running backs and tight ends in space. He's a wild athlete who needs to improve on some technique when it comes to his pass rush, but he's a tough one to beat in the run game already. Grant is a huge part of the reason Michigan was able to win the national championship last year and should help plug the gap in the Vikings defensive front long-term.
29. Philadelphia Eagles: Josh Simmons, OT Ohio State
Josh Simmons might be out for the year, but before he went down with injury he was perhaps the best offensive tackle in the nation. He's logged a smaller sample of truly elite tackle play than most first round picks, but Simmons could definitely be the eventual replacement for Lane Johnson, and bring some physicality as a swing tackle or possible solution at guard until he was given the reigns outside.
30. Buffalo Bills: Isaiah Bond, WR Texas
There aren't many speedsters (if any) like Isaiah Bond in the 2025 NFL Draft class. He brings easy speed, wild acceleration off the line of scrimmage and in/out of his breaks. He's gotten dinged up a bit this year for Texas, but when healthy he's been the team's clear best option. He could give the Bills a much needed speed element who can dominate the intermediate to deep portions of the field.
31. Kansas City Chiefs: Tyler Warren, TE Penn State
Kansas City Chiefs fans might not want to face this yet, but Travis Kelce is about done. His per target efficiency has fallen nearly 30% over the last two seasons. Enter Tyler Warren. He's a 6'6" beat who has logged 120+ receiving yards in three separate games this year and might reach 1000 yards on the year for Penn State. He's athletic, can block with the best tight ends out there, and would be a huge difference maker for the Chiefs.
32. Detroit Lions: Princely Umanmielen, EDGE Ole Miss
The Lions still need edge help even when Aidan Hutchinson returns to health. Princely Umanmielen is a sack and pressure generation machine. He took over Ole Miss' decisive victory over Georgia, has nearly 20 sacks in the last two seasons, and is a vocal leader who would fit right in with Dan Campbell's culture.
