Can the Colts prevent the Texans’ elite pass rushers from taking over this game

To get a win in Week 13, the Colts will have to slow down one of the top pass-rushing duos in the NFL. Texans edge rushers Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr. are two of the best in the NFL today. Both have double-digit sacks in 2025 through 12 weeks and can take over a game.

The Colts have had their offense derailed multiple times in recent weeks due to the presence of talented defensive lines. The Pittsburgh Steelers duo of TJ Watt and Alex Highsmith, for example, made life hard on the Colts in Week 9. The Colts also struggled tremendously when the Kansas City Chiefs sent extra pressure in Week 12.

Now they arguably have their toughest test of the year on deck. Bernhard Raimann and Braden Smith will need to put up their best showings of the year. The Colts would also be wise to give them help throughout the game by asking their TEs to chip consistently.
