Former Tennessee Vols guard Dalton Knecht had a solid game for the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday in a Summer League matchup against the Dallas Mavericks, scoring 16 points in 25 minutes of action.
Knecht, however, also went viral for an embarrassing moment in the fourth quarter of the Lakers' loss to the Mavericks.
The former Vol had an opportunity for a transition layup. But instead of making the shot, Knecht airballed the layup.
The missed layup instantly went viral on social media.
That's a tough one for Knecht — especially as he's trying to show this summer why he's a player that can serve in a key role for the Lakers this upcoming season.
