Buffalo gets their first round wish, adds skill to key positions of need in 2025 Bills NFL Mock Draft

The Buffalo Bills head into the 2025 NFL Draft loaded with 10 picks, potentially more if compensatory picks are awarded. In putting together a seven-round Bills mock draft, I did so without any trades (which seems very unlikely for Brandon Beane this year).
Whether he's moving up, down, or packaging picks together to get something of more value, it's fair to expect the Bills to be moving around during the draft.
In this mock, treat it more as a gauge as to what players might be available where the Bills are currently slated. This draft is rich with talent at the positions that the Bills need, so let's get into it.
Round 1, 30th overall: Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon
Derrick Harmon had a killer NFL Scouting Combine, showcasing great athleticism to go along with a dominant production profile. If he's on the board when the Bills pick at 30, Beane should be doing back flips and run to the podium. I could see Harmon going as high as the late teens, or lasting to the second round, simply because of the position he plays.
Round 2, 56th overall: Darien Porter, CB, Iowa State
The Bills need to add to the cornerback room, and after landing a potential stud defensive tackle in round one, there should be a handful of corners to choose from in the 2nd round. Darien Porter out of Iowa State is just under 6'3", ran a 4.30 40-yard dash, and has arms the length of most offensive tackles. He's a twitched up ball of clay that the Bills would love to mold.
Round 2, 62nd overall: Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State
This draft brought to you in part by the Cyclones, as Beane takes another Iowa State product. Jayden Higgins is one of my biggest draft crushes. At over 6'4", Higgins has release packages of a much smaller receiver. He would be a true boundary threat that can take the top off defenses, exactly what Buffalo needs.
Round 4, 108th overall: Jared Ivey, EDGE, Ole Miss
The Bills need pass rush. Period. Jared Ivey is a high-upside EDGE out of Ole Miss that has explosive burst, a long upper body, and plenty of traits to be a rotational pass rusher — and maybe even more.
Round 4, 131st overall: Lathan Ransom, S, Ohio State
Round 5, 171st overall: Raheim Sanders, RB, South Carolina
Round 5, 175th overall: Nick Nash, WR, San Jose State
Round 6, 179th overall: Elijah Roberts, EDGE, SMU
Round 6, 206th overall: Patrick Jenkins, DT, Tulane
Round 6, 208th overall: Dont'e Thornton, WR, Tennessee
