The Las Vegas Raiders, with a new coaching staff and front office involved, have made one of the biggest decisions of the offseason so far in the NFL.

The superstar pass rusher just became the highest paid non-QB in the entire NFL. He's sticking with Vegas and is ready to win.

Las Vegas Raiders are signing Pro Bowl DE Maxx Crosby to a three-year, $106.5 million extension that includes $91.5 guaranteed, making him the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL history, per sources. For the third time in four years, the Raiders are addressing the contract of their cornerstone player, this time cementing his relationship with the Raiders for the foreseeable future. The deal was negotiated by CJ LaBoy and Doug Hendrickson of @wasserman — Adam Schefter

On social media, Crosby released a heartfelt, emotional video for all of the Raiders' fan base. He is clearly committed to helping the Raiders get back on track during his career.

The video detailed some recent highlights via Crosby, and of course, there are plenty. Alongside those, Crosby notes that there's nowhere he'd rather be, other than Vegas with the Raiders and their fandom.

Crosby want to be a Raider for life, and now, that concept looks a bit clearer. After the past couple of disappointing games campaigns, many discussions surrounding his future in Vegas have churned throughout the NFL and social media.

This massive new deal, and Crosby's vocal commitment to the organization, has put that sort of narrative to rest once and for all.
