This is the time of the year when it's easy to get overwhelmed with information, especially when trying to guess who the Las Vegas Raiders will take in the first round. Visits, dinners, workouts, and all types of things are happening right now.

And for the Raiders, they pick at the top of the draft, and really, there are about 5-7 different players that they could pick at the No. 6 pick, based on who goes ahead of them. There is so much unknown, especially considering we are three weeks away from the draft, and everything is happening at once. But what we do know is what each team's needs are, and some of the players they may try to target based on qualities and traits that these teams go for.

The Raiders, though, we do know happen to really like a running back at No. 6. And, it's starting to show, whether it be general manager John Spytek going to his Pro Day himself, or now scheduling a visit in person.

The Raiders are trying to host a few big-time names for pre-draft visits, and they kind of make sense.

Raiders set to host pre-draft visits

According to Ian Rapoport, the Raiders are hosting Boise State Broncos running back Ashton Jeanty and Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers on a visit. The two of them happen to be two of the biggest names in the draft, and both play positions that the Raiders could very well end up drafting in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Jeanty seems to be the pick at No. 6 that most have locked in. Of course, that doesn't mean anything. But, it does make sense for them to go that route when you factor in that they have a bad RB room and the worst running game last season.

As for Ewers, he would likely be a Day 3 pick. He is still pretty raw, but he is one of the younger QBs in this draft. Now, hosting these guys means absolutely nothing, other than the teams wanting to hang out to get a feel for how their character is.
