The 2025 NFLPA Report Card was a rude awakening for the New England Patriots.

They were ranked 31st out of 32 teams in the league, with their highest grade actually going to former head coach Jerod mayo, who received a B+.

But, the worst grade New England received was for their weight room along with team travel. In those categories, they got an F.

According to the report, 39% of the players said they have a comfortable amount of personal space on team flights (31 out of 32). Players also felt that the team's travel schedule is not very efficient (30 out of 32).

And with that, one thing was made clear: "Players want an upgraded team plane."

"The current plane is too small, there is no Wi-Fi available, and there are seats with ashtrays in the armrests. Players specifically responded that 'our plane is the worst thing – size, space, safety.' and 'it is not conducive to preparedness for athletic performance,'" the report stated

However, there was one part of this that Robert Kraft wanted to clear up.

At the 2025 NFL Annual League Meetings, Kraft strongly disputed that there were ashtrays on the team plane, per local reporters in West Palm Beach.

However, Kraft did admit that they need to upgrade the plane.
