The Baltimore Ravens have been a team that has been close, but has continuously failed to get over the hump in recent seasons. It feels like only a matter of time under quarterback Lamar Jackson figures it out, but the organization needs to act quickly while they are in a winning window.
Entering the offseason, the needs are clear. This Ravens team needs to get more physical on both the offensive and defensive line. Adding more talent in the pass rush and the wide receiver unit should also be on the to do list. That was the aim in this most recent 2025 NFL mock draft.
Round 1, Pick 27: Tyler Booker, IOL, Alabama
There is a hole at left guard, and Booker would fill it seamlessly. For a team that wants to play a physical brand of football, this is a very easy fit. Booker continues to somehow be very undervalued in this class.
Round 2, Pick 59: Kyle Kennard, EDGE, South Carolina
The Ravens are suckers for power-based pass rushers. Kennard understands how to set up offensive tackles, and is a difficult player to stop once he builds momentum.
Round 3, Pick 91: Anthony Belton, OT, NC State
Left tackle is going to be an area of concern for the Ravens this offseason. Even if Belton isn’t able to fill it immediately, his combination of size, power, and foot quickness feels like the profile that Baltimore always falls for.
Round 4, Pick 128: Kaden Prather, WR, Maryland
Prather didn’t take the step in 2024 like some hoped but he is still extremely talented. He is one of the very best height-weight-speed freaks in the entire wide receiver class.
Round 4, Pick 136: Smael Mondon, LB, Georgia
The Ravens love to stockpile talented second level defenders. Mondon should be able to contribute on special teams early on while he learns from someone like Roquan Smith.
Round 5, Pick 176: Devin Neal, RB, Kansas
Derrick Henry is the lead ball carrier for the Ravens for the foreseeable future. Someone like Neal could provide a different style behind him, boasting outstanding vision and short area quickness.
Round 5, Pick 178: Jordan Hancock, CB, Ohio State
His 2023 season was better than this past fall, but Hancock still brings a lot of physical skills to get excited about. Having played mostly in the slot for the Buckeyes, Hancock does have some man coverage skills while having the frame to also play some safety as well.
Round 6, Pick 185: Jaylen Reed, S, Penn State
Physical and experienced, Reed is a tenacious defender who played a ton of football for Penn State. He finished his Nittany Lion career with 181 total tackles, five interceptions, seven pass breakups, 13 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks.
Round 6, Pick 205: Tyler Shough, QB, Louisville
It’s very possible that Shough goes considerably higher than this come April, but you never know with the medicals on the horizon. He has starter traits on the next level but will have to answer injury and age question marks.
Round 6, Pick 213: Jack Nelson, OT, Wisconsin
It felt like we were all expecting Nelson to break out for half a decade, because, well, we were. From a physical perspective, he’s very athletic and has a clean frame. Nelson’s power profile and consistency just never developed.
Round 7, Pick 245: Cam Jackson, DT, Florida
Jackson may bring next to nothing as a pass rusher but he’s an imposing force in the run game. His size and natural power make him a scheme fit into multiple fronts.
