ESPN analyst points out the team that could help Justin Fields regain his starting job and it's not the Steelers

No matter how you slice it, the Pittsburgh Steelers will endure change in their QB room this offseason.
While there are subtle signs regarding who will be back, we know for sure that only one of Justin Fields and Russell Wilson will return, if they do at all.
But for the Steelers, they are likely to have competition for the services of Fields and one team is starting to come into focus…
Giants named landing spot for Justin Fields by ESPN
If you squint hard enough, the Giants might actually be a good spot for a veteran quarterback to get a solid bump. Jones crumbled under the weight of expectations, but with no expectations, a bridge passer could excel throwing to Malik Nabers with Brian Daboll calling the plays. (Don't ask me about the offensive line.) The counterpoint: It's hard to imagine the Giants deftly navigating a tense situation between a veteran passer and an early-drafted rookie with a fan base voracious for elite quarterback play.
If I were Fields, I'd look at that 2022 season, when Daboll made Jones look functional in the designed running game, and wonder how I can get in on that. Daboll was in Buffalo for the conversion of Josh Allen from woefully inaccurate to suddenly stellar passer, and he likely has a wealth of play designs and philosophies for working with a highly mobile but inconsistent passer. Remember: The Giants clearly want to draft a quarterback in April, but they have the No. 3 pick in what largely looks like a two-QB race at the top.

No one should say that Fields is the next Josh Allen, especially given the fact he has a bachelor's degree worth of NFL experience. But what you know for sure about Fields is that he raises the floor of an offense.
If all else fails, Fields is still one of the best athletes on the grass and he can, and usually will, outrun defenders for a first down or TD. There were numerous times during his six starts with Pittsburgh that a play broke down, it's 3rd & 7 and Fields keeps the drive alive.
With the New York Giants still in the middle of re-building their offensive line, they can't afford to have a sitting duck back there. Fields raises the floor of their offense, while potentially reaching his ceiling under QB savant Brian Daboll.
So Fields may be outside of Pittsburgh if they can't guarantee him a starting role and someone like the Giants or New York Jets can. At what is sure to be a cap-friendly deal, Fields will be starting somewhere in 2025.
It's up to the Steelers if that will be in Pittsburgh.
