The Tennessee Vols are reportedly receiving a visit from a coveted transfer interior offensive lineman.
According to On3's Pete Nakos, USC offensive lineman Emmanuel Pregnon is scheduled to visit Tennessee.
Colorado, Ole Miss, and Oregon are also in the mix for Pregnon.
Pregnon, 6-foot-5/320 lbs from Denver, CO, started his career at Wyoming before transferring to USC ahead of the 2023 season.
This past season, Pregnon played in all 13 games for USC. According to Pro Football Focus, he was the Trojans' highest graded pass blocker.
Pregnon has mostly played at left guard (USC's official website notes that Pregnon graded out as the No. 3 guard in the Mountain West conference, according to Pro Football Focus, when he was at Wyoming).
Tennessee's starting offensive line will undergo some changes in 2025 with guard Javontez Spraggins, offensive tackle John Campbell, and center Cooper Mays moving on to the NFL after exhausting their eligibility.
Former LSU offensive lineman Lance Heard will return to Tennessee in 2025 after playing left tackle for the Vols in 2024. Five-star offensive lineman David Sanders, who will be a true freshman next fall, is expected to start at right tackle for Tennessee (it's also possible that Heard and Sanders could flip sides, but that will be determined in spring and fall practice).
Vols left guard Andrej Karic is hoping to receive a waiver from the NCAA for another season of eligibility. Tennessee also recently received a commitment from Arizona transfer guard Wendell Moe.
The Vols still need to identify their starting center for the 2025 season.
Pregnon has one season of eligibility remaining.
