The 2024 NFL season has officially come to an end for the Cleveland Browns with a loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday evening. Cleveland ends their season at 3-14, a long fall from their 11-6 record last year.

Now, the Browns will watch the playoffs at home and get a start to their offseason. Cleveland now turns their focus to exit meetings and reshaping things.

Cleveland has a number of players who are set to be free agents when the new league year begins after the Super Bowl. Amari Cooper was set to be the Browns’ biggest free agent, now it is Nick Chubb. The Browns will have decisions to make on a number of players for their future.

Key players becoming free agents

Nick Chubb: A fan favorite that the Browns could bring back on a short-term deal. Everyone would like to see him in Cleveland and I think we could, he can’t be the only starting level back they depend on though.

Jedrick Wills Jr.: Cleveland stuck with Wills for five years and gave him a chance to become a franchise offensive tackle for them. That keener happened and now Wills is likely to get a short deal on the open market. It would be a bit of a surprise to see that team be Cleveland.

Jameis Winston: While I think Cleveland benching him late season shows they may be moving on from him, Winston is still an option to have back next season as a backup. Heading into a season with Winston as a starter isn’t ideal, but he has shown he can start some games and ignite an offense.
