NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley was burned by Ohio State in the final week of the regular season, but that doesn't mean he's betting against the Buckeyes in the first round of the College Football Playoff against the Tennessee Vols.

Barkley joined The Dan Patrick Show this week to discuss a variety of topics, including the College Football Playoff.

The Round Mound of Rebound told Patrick that despite getting burned by betting on Ohio State against Michigan last month, he’s still putting his money on the Buckeyes this weekend.

"I love Ohio State (against Tennessee)," said Barkley. "But hey, them idiots (Ohio State), I had them plus 19.5 against Michigan. I was throwing stuff at my TV. Because you knew — what was really scary about that game — you knew in the first half [that] they're not going to win by three touchdowns. And I was so pissed. So I'm going to bet on Ohio State one more time."

Tennessee fans are certainly hoping that Barkley's bad luck when it comes to betting on the Buckeyes continues on Saturday night.

Ohio State is currently favored by seven points against the Vols.
