Minnesota Vikings have clear path to number one seed in NFC

For the Vikings to get the number one seed in the NFC, all they have to do is win out. That was a likelihood going into the day but is now guaranteed with the Philadelphia Eagles losing to the Washington Commanders 36-33 in the early slate.

That's a huge aspect of this whole thing. The Vikings likely would have gone to a common opponent's tiebreaker with the Eagles if they both won out to finish the season but the Eagles loss makes it a much clearer path.

All you want in this league is to hold your own future in your hands. The Vikings have that and will either put up or shut up the next three games.
