The Kansas City Chiefs will get at least one injured player back on the field for Week 15's game against the Cleveland Browns.

According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Chiefs are set to activate K Harrison Butker from injured reserve. Butker has been out since Week 11 with a meniscus injury in his left (non-kicking) knee. Kansas City has seen two players kick in his place, Spencer Shrader and Matthew Wright. Shrader is on injured reserve dealing with his own injury, but Wright is coming off a week where he was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week

Unfortunately for Wright, that wasn't enough to earn him another week kicking in Kansas City. The Chiefs are set to release Wright, according to Schefter, who will likely be coveted on the free agent market after his performance in Week 14 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Chiefs special teams coordinator Dave Toub insisted that if Butker was to return for Week 15 against the Browns, he'd be fully back with no limitations. He did caution, however, that it might be a few weeks until he was completely back to himself.

"If Harrison is back, he's back," Toub said. "I think he'll get better and better as we keep kicking more. He just started kicking again, and he's starting to feel better. He's starting to get his power back, and it's going to be a little bit before he's 100%. I'd say probably, maybe two or three weeks, and then we hit the ground running right in time for playoffs. So, we got to get him back on that horse. We got to get him back out there and going again. I mean, he had surgery on his knee, so we got to remember that. We've got to manage him."

Ultimately, the goal seems to be to give Butker the next few games to get himself right for the playoffs.

Butker returns having made 21-of-22 possible extra points and 18-of-20 possible field goals on the season. His long kick on the year is a 53-yarder against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3.
