Tennessee Vols redshirt sophomore defensive lineman Jayson Jenkins entered the NCAA transfer portal earlier this month.

Jenkins, 6-foot-6/281 lbs from Bordentown, NJ, is a former three-star recruit who signed with Tennessee during the 2022 recruiting cycle.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Jenkins is planning to visit Texas Tech on January 5

That's not the only visit that Jenkins has on the agenda.

According to 247Sports/CBS Sports college football insider Matt Zenitz, Jenkins will visit Florida State on January 2.

Jenkins totaled 15 tackles, five tackles for loss, and two sacks during his three seasons at Tennessee.

The New Jersey native will have two years of eligibility remaining after he transfers.
