The Buffalo Bills are heading into a weekend trip to balmy Los Angeles to get away from the snow of Western New York for a matchup with what will be a desperate Los Angeles Rams team. Fortunately for the Bills, it looks like they're avoiding an obstacle that most other NFL teams are having to deal with.
On the final injury report before the weekend, there isn't a single player on the injury report listed as "Out" or "Doubtful" for Buffalo, which is incredibly rare this late in the season.
Some key players that have been missing appear to be trending in the right direction as well, with tight end Dalton Kincaid and wide receiver Keon Coleman both practicing in a limited capacity all week. They both carry a "questionable" designation into the weekend.
Matt Milano, who returned to action last weekend in the snow game against the San Francisco 49ers, appears to be good to go. He was a full participant all week after playing a much higher snap count than anyone expected him to play last weekend, which is a fantastic sign for the health and depth of the Buffalo defense as they draw ever-closer to the playoffs.
Buffalo still has every goal in front of them, including chasing down the No. 1 seed in the AFC, which head coach Sean McDermott made clear following last week's game is the next target for this team. There's no time to let up or take their foot off the gas, and having a relatively healthy roster in Week 14 of the season is a major victory.
Plenty of other teams are limping into this weekend's slate of games, both literally and metaphorically. Familiar division adversaries, the New York Jets, for example, have listed star running back Breece Hall and No. 1 cornerback Sauce Gardner as doubtful for their game against the Miami Dolphins. They've also placed linebacker C.J. Mosley on injured reserve.
The Bills are firing on all cylinders while carrying all the momentum in the world into the last month and change of the regular season.
