The Bills were living in the backfield of the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, and Greg Rousseau was leading the charge. Time and time again, he was blowing by his offensive lineman.

Rousseau was on the field for 42 pass rush snaps, and came away with 11 pressures, a sack, four hits, six hurries. Rousseau logged a pressure on 26.1% of his pass rush attempts, and had a whopping 35.9% pass rush win rate, according to PFF.

Looking at total pressures on the season, Greg Rousseau is behind only Aidan Hutchinson, Nick Bosa, Jonathan Greenard, and Trey Hendrickson. He's right up there with some of the best pass rushers in the league.

Sunday did bring about one cause for concern, however. Rousseau seems to have a knack for generating pressure without finishing. He got one sack, but it feels light considering he generated 11 pressures. It felt as though he should have had at least two more sacks than he walked away with.

Even still, Rousseau is a disruptor. He's proving that his preseason dominance was not a fluke, and seems to be taking his abilities to another level. Rousseau is a crucial element of what the Bills do up front defensively, and his length and athleticism make him a difficult task for opposing offensive linemen.

The meeting with the Ravens was the only game this season where Rousseau failed to log at least one pressure, but Sunday's performance was the first time since Week 1 against the Cardinals that Rousseau has logged a sack. In order for him to take his game to another level, he's going to have to learn how to finish on a more consistent basis.

He has the talent. Rousseau is clearly ascending, but needs to take that next step to be considered one of the league's elites.
