NASHVILLE – The Week 6 AFC South matchup between the Tennessee Titans (1-3) and rival Indianapolis Colts (2-3) is a must-win game for both teams.

Tennessee is coming off a much needed bye week while Indianapolis rolls into Nashville after dropping a winnable game to the Jaguars in Jacksonville.

Picking up a fourth loss at the point in the season would really take either one of these teams out of contention. Especially because that would leave the Colts 0-3 in divisional games.

One thing the Titans have going in their favor before this game is their health. The bye week helped a number of key Titans players get healthy and ready to go for the game while the Colts seem to be way more banged up. The latest injury updated from Indianapolis indicate that the Colts could end up without a number of key players this weekend. That's a big break for Tennessee in such a big game.

Titans Injuries

Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is healthy and expected to start for the Titans on Sunday. Levis was dealing with an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder that he suffered on Monday Night Football in Miami, but the second-year quarterback practiced fully this week and looked healthy throwing the ball. Titans head coach Brian Callahan expressed no doubt that Levis will be ready to go.

Additionally, defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons is back and fully recovered from an elbow injury that kept him out of the Titans' last game. For Simmons, the bye week came at the perfect time as he now returns to being the heart of Tennessee's defensive front.

Colts Injuries

The Colts have been less fortunate. Star running back Jonathan Taylor is out with an ankle injury. That leaves Trey Sermon as the next man up in the backfield.

Starting right tackle Braden Smith is questionable with a knee/ankle injury. Smith did not practice on Friday.

Wide receivers Michael Pittman Jr. (back) and Josh Down (toe) are both questionable as well. Neither receiver practiced until Friday, but both emerged as a full participants in the team's final practice of the week.

Quarterback Anthony Richardson is also going to be a "game time decision." Joe Flacco has played well in Richardson's place while the former first-round pick has been nursing an oblique injury.

Safety Kenny Moore is dealing with a hip and shoulder injury that also has his status in question.

On top of all of this, the Colts are already without Will Fries, DeForest Buckner, Samson Ebukam, and JuJu Brents among others. It's a good time to play Indianapolis as the injury situation is tipping the scales in favor of the Titans.
