The Las Vegas Raiders went into their Week 4 game against the Cleveland Browns with everything against them. Sure, the Browns had some injuries as well, but the Raiders were without five starters, two being their two best players Maxx Crosby and Davante Adams.

That made everything so difficult leading up to the week, at least more difficult than it otherwise would have been. That's everyone having to step up because of the two best players not being there. And, most of the time when teams are put in that situation, they crumble and fold.

The Raiders did not.

Now, after a 20-16 win over the Browns, everyone wants to know what's next, and that's a fair question to ask. The Raiders are 2-2 after losses to the Los Angeles Chargers and Carolina Panthers and wins against the Baltimore Ravens and Browns now.

They are now challenged with going against their biggest rival, the Denver Broncos, who are also 2-2 and also coming off of a big-time win, but for them, over the New York Jets, where they shut down Aaron Rodgers and company.

So, will the guys who missed Week 4 be ready?

On Monday, the day after the win, head coach Antonio Pierce addressed that question, kind of.

He stated that the status of the main players who missed, Adams and Crosby, will be determined by how they are in practice this week, or if they even practice. So, there is a fair chance that they do miss again, and there is a fair chance we get both out.

As for stud tight end Michael Mayer, Pierce noted that he is still dealing with some personal issues.
