The San Francisco 49ers host the Seattle Seahawks in an important NFC West clash in Week 11.

Check out our full odds, picks, and predictions for this matchup. Now, here are our best prop bets for 49ers vs. Seahawks.

*Odds subject to change

49ers RB Christian McCaffrey OVER 81.5 rushing yards (-115) – DraftKings

McCaffrey made his season debut last week and got his legs back under him. He should now be ready to produce some solid numbers, starting this week against the Seahawks.

Seattle ranks 26th in the NFL against the run, allowing 139 yards per game and the third-most yards per carry. In 2023 McCaffrey averaged 92 rushing yards per game. He should see an increased workload this week and reclaim his role as the centerpiece of the 49ers' offense.

Seahawks QB Geno Smith OVER 253.5 passing yards (-114) – FanDuel

After a two game lull, Smith got back on track last week against the Los Angeles Rams, throwing for 363 yards. Smith's 2,560 passing yards on the season is the fourth-most among all quarterbacks in the NFL, and he has eclipsed 253 yards in six games.

The 49ers have a solid pass defense, but throwing the ball is Seattle's identity. The Seahawks have an awesome trio of receivers in DK Metcalf (who is returning from injury this week), Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Tyler Lockett. San Francisco is also without cornerback Charvarius Ward, which is a big blow.

49ers TE George Kittle ANYTIME touchdown (+145) – Caesars Sportsbook

Kittle ranks in the top five among all tight ends in receptions and receiving yards, and is first in receiving touchdowns with seven. He is quarterback Brock Purdy's safety blanket, and No. 1 option in the redzone.

Kittle has scored seven touchdowns over six of his last seven games. The Seahawks rank in the bottom third of the league in receiving yards and touchdowns allowed. In their Week 5 matchup earlier this season, Kittle caught two touchdowns against Seattle.

Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba ANYTIME touchdown (+180) – DraftKings

Smith-Njigba stepped up big time while Metcalf was out injured. Over his last two games Smith-Njigba has caught 13 passes for 249 yards and two touchdowns.

He has established a trust and chemistry with Smith and should continue to see a high volume of targets, even with Metcalf back. Smith-Njigba is a first-round talent who could be the No. 1 receiver on many other offenses.
