Very little went right for the Los Angeles Rams in the first half of their Week 9 game with the Seattle Seahawks.

The Rams were miserable on offense across the first two quarters, and the half ended on an extremely sour note as Los Angeles lost wide receiver Puka Nacua for the rest of the game.

Nacua was ejected with 0:33 left in the second quarter after punching Seahawks corner Coby Bryant in the helmet. The incident happened after Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford was intercepted by Tariq Woolen on a throw intended for Nacua.

The loss of judgement by Nacua robbed the Rams of one of their best offensive weapons, one who had initially provided Los Angeles with a boost by recovering from a knee injury that forced him to leave Thursday's practice to be ready to face the Seahawks.

Nacua had only last week returned from a knee problem that had kept him out since the season opener, the former fifth-round pick making seven catches for 106 yards in the Rams' Week 9 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

Seattle cashed in the turnover to compound the pain of the interception and Nacua's ejection, the Seahawks taking a 13-3 lead into the half of the NFC West clash.
