Time for one of the greatest rivalries in professional sports. This time, the matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens are set to clash in Week 11. Both teams are in the playoff picture and sit atop the AFC North.

There is plenty to keep an eye out for in this matchup.

The Steelers have some new pieces from the trade deadline, and Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is attempting to prove that he can exorcise some demons against mike Tomlin's team. Only time will tell how all of those factors determine a factor in the rivalry this weekend.

To truly understand this sort of important game, I reached out to Steelers analyst Rob Gregson of A to Z Sports. He answered a few major questions that plenty of folks will have on their minds this weekend.

Ravens-Steelers Week 11 Preview

Mike Williams' role

Q1: Mike Williams came up clutch in Week 10 for Pittsburgh, do you think he plays a bigger role in terms of snaps against Baltimore’s secondary that has struggled this season?

Williams will undoubtedly be involved more against the Ravens when comparing his nine snap debut. Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday that it’s reasonable to assume a greater role for Williams and with two full weeks of practice under his belt, I expect the same. — Rob Gregson

Pass rush against Baltimore

Q2: Without Alex Highsmith, do you think Preston Smith steps in seamlessly along the DL for the Steelers in Week 11? How much do you think it will affect the game plan for their defense?

We’ll have to wait until the actual game to see, but it sounds like the Steelers will split reps between Nick Herbig and Preston Smith opposite of T.J. Watt. Highsmith gives you the best of both worlds, but Herbig is more lethal as a pass rusher while Smith is better at the point of attack. — Rob Gregson

Score prediction

Q3: This rivalry game could decide some fate for the top of the AFC North. The winner could truly control their own playoff destiny going forward, especially in the division. What is your overall expectation for the matchup & score precition?

Traditionally, this is a low scoring venture that comes down to a key turnover or defensive stop. But with the Ravens secondary struggling and the Steelers deealing with some attrition of their own on that side of the ball, I expect points. The home atmosphere brings Pittsburgh over the top in the first of their two matchups and the Steelers prevail 28-25. — Rob Gregson

Gregson also put together a Q&A between myself and him for this week's game from the Steelers point of view. There is a sneak preview of the questions below.

  • Can Lamar Jackson Overcome his 2-4 record against the Steelers?
  • How is RB Derrick Henry having what might be his best season at age 30?
