It seems like this week the college football scene had a lot of high school players flip from their original committed schools. This is a trend that's started to get bigger and bigger over the last few years, but this week was a lot. And, a lot of the Oklahoma Sooners fan base started to think it would happen to them.

And, despite the Sooners being a very bad team in 2024, especially on offense, their recruiting hasn't really taken a hit. But, during flip season, as they call it, no one is safe. Even Alabama, Texas, Oregon, LSU, Michigan, etc, all have players flip from time to time.

With how bad the offense has been, especially the offensive line, the thought among the Sooners' fan base was that a few of the top offensive line commits may flip. Michael Fasusi was the first guy that the fan base thought would flip, and he ensured everyone he was staying committed.

Next was four-star offensive tackle Ryan Fodje. Well, earlier this week he did the same.

A fan tweeted that he is worried guys like Fodje would decommitt and go elsewhere, and Fodje went out of his way to quote tweet the tweet with a salute emoji, signaling that he is here to stay.

These are arguably the two biggest commits for this upcoming class next year so to see that is nothing but amazing news.
