The Los Angeles Chargers are feeling like a million bucks right now. Remember all of the praise that Jim Harbaugh has given to Justin Herbert since he was hired by the powder blue and gold?

All of that was on display for millions to watch in Week 11. Harbaugh's trust in Herbert gleamed through, and everyone saw a Herbert that reminded everyone how talented he truly is.

Justin Herbert for MVP?

Don't be shocked to see plenty of this discussion this week. Herbert looked like one of the best quarterbacks in football during a primetime game against a Cincinnati Bengals team desperate for a win to remain firmly in potential playoff discussions.

Herbert's first half was nearly perfect. The Chargers offense totaled over 200 yards in their first sixteen plays. The Chargers QB went 10/14 for 182 passing yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 58 yards.

In the second half, the unit slowed down noticeably, but Herbert and his offense finished strong with a game-winning TD drive late in the fourth quarter.

Herbert now has 15 game-winning drives in his NFL career. Only Patrick Mahomes and Kirk Cousins have more since 2020, when Herbert entered the pros, according to Benjamin Solak.

Chargers running back J.K. Dobbins said that the MVP talks should begin for his quarterback.

Chargers stay hot

Los Angeles played one of the greatest first halves of football that you will see all season against Cincy. Their defense got stops in timely fashion, and the Bengals had zero answers for their offense.

In particular, the run game from Herbert opened up once again, and he found pockets of space downfield that made targets like Quentin Johnston and Will Dissly look like elite pass catchers. Both of those guys played really impressive games on Sunday night, too.

For Los Angeles, an AFC West crown will be quite tough to grab. Even though the Kansas City Chiefs fell to the Buffalo Bills for their first loss in Week 11, Los Angeles still has plenty of ground to make up at 7-3.

Plus, the Denver Broncos are playing really good football at the moment as well. Three playoff teams could emerge from the division.
