The Las Vegas Raiders have one of the most polarizing players in the world, a guy who can literally take over at any moment. There are only a few of those in the league and defensive end Maxx Crosby is one of those players. As if we needed more proof, when we didn't, he showed it once again at practice.

The Raiders did another open practice, similar to the one they did last week in Allegiant Stadium, where they had well over 40 thousand fans in attendance. However, this one was without the pads on. But, that didn't stop the team and players from making highlight plays, because they happened left and right.

With Gardner Minshew now running with the 1s full-time in practice, it was time for Crosby to start making plays against him again, and he did just that.

On a play that looked to be a short, quick pass to the wide receiver to the right of Minshew ended up being a play that Minshew wished he had back. Crosby not only jumped the pass, but dove and caught it with one hand, in what is easily the best play he has made interception-wise. In fact, he's never had an interception in his career, so it was quite literally something we have never seen happen.

He then returned it for a pick-six since he wasn't touched by the offensive players.

The play could have been better by Minshew, but, let's give credit where it's due, it's more so the fact that Crosby just made a freak play that you don't see often. And, he put on a show for the fans in attendance as well, as he went to the goal post and slam dunked the ball through the uprights.

Maxx Crosby is just too good at football. Now, we just wait to see it on the field against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 1.
