Broncos are quick to shutdown narrative over Russell Wilson

The Denver Broncos have now become the laughingstock of the NFL. As sad as it is to say, it is true. Because of the Russell Wilson trade, and all the things that come with him, like the commercials, his corny saying that we all love, and of course, the 'Let's Ride' moment, and everything else are now just so hilarious to the rest of the league because of the Broncos play.
It starts there, and while none of us like it, that is the reality of what the Broncos are. Just one quick thing too, but home fans booing the Broncos during a game doesn't help that either, by the way.
While most of us know it is more than one problem for the Broncos, the national media and outsiders think it is just Wilson that is playing badly, and that isn't the case.
There has been a narrative started that Wilson is uncomfortable in the offense, or looks to be washed up, and things of that nature. However, head coach Nathaniel Hackett wasn't having any of that.
"Most of the stuff that we have done as we collaborated and made this offense, is stuff that he is comfortable with, that we are comfortable with, and we are always going to do what's best for our guys, and what's best for Russell [Wilson], and we will continually develop a plan for him on all of the things he does well,"
The Broncos have Wilson's back, and this only further proves that. Hackett and the rest of the organization are trying to shut down the narrative that Wilson doesn't know what he is doing, or is uncomfortable, even if the video isn't backing that claim up.
That narrative is just, silly, to say the least. The fact that people really think he isn't good anymore, or he is a system quarterback, or that he is uncomfortable, is truly funny.
Yes, sometimes the offense doesn't go the way you want it to go, but that never means a player is out of it. When this type of thing happens to other guys, that narrative is not started.
Then again, those guys didn't switch teams where he now has a new coach who is a first-time head coach and a first-time play caller, new weapons that he has never played with, a new offensive line, and a few other things to take into account.
Wilson is not washed up, uncomfortable, or any of those other things the NFL and media are trying to pin against him, and if anyone knows it's Hackett.
