The Las Vegas Raiders just had one of the craziest endings to a football game I think most people have ever seen. Just as we are coming up on the anniversary of the 'Immaculate Reception' something crazy and similar to that happens just a week before.

The win was pretty crazy, to say the least. I mean, just seeing the opposing team's quarterback get stiff-armed into the earth after an interception on a lateral was enough to make most people's night.

It's safe to say we saw a different team out there on Sunday against the Patriots; Not for the whole game, but they stepped up when they were supposed to. This team has shown fight at times this year, but none better than what they showed in Week 15.

"Well, I’ve stood up here a lot this year after some crazy finishes," head coach Josh McDaniels said afterward. "I just told the guys in the locker room; we keep fighting and keep playing with great effort. We obviously have a lot of character in our locker room and continue to fight and press on even when it felt like it was hard.

"Lost a lead there late the fourth quarter and guys came back and made the plays that they needed to make to win. I mean, it's football, the ball bounces in crazy, crazy ways. It's not a predictable game sometimes. And obviously, the ending was probably the most insane ending I think I've ever been a part of, but we'll take it. We'll take it for sure."

The message he had about the guys in the locker room was powerful. You can see that everyone is together in the locker room now, which is much better than what it was a few months ago.

This team had problems this year, and we knew that, but McDaniels' statement shows he cares about this team so much. He hasn't been the perfect coach, but he is getting better.

This team could still make a run for the playoffs. Yes, a lot has to happen, but it is all possible because of this win.

The video of the team in the locker room afterward just says it all.
