The Green Bay Packers (3-1) have been forced to stay patient when it comes to their offensive line as their two best players, David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins, recover from their torn ACLs.

Both players are playing in 2022, but it's clear they still have a ways to go before they return to their original form.

Bakhtiari's road to a full recovery has been much more chaotic than Jenkins'. He definitely has a way to go still, even though he's playing. The Packers are managing his workload by rotating him with Yosh Nijman in order to make sure no more setbacks occur. Bakhtiari is arguably the best left tackle in the NFL when healthy, so it makes sense.

But it didn't make much sense when ESPN's Rob Demovsky tweeted out Sunday that instead of Bakhtiari was sitting on the end of the bench while the rest of the offensive players "stand near the sideline".

Demovsky then elaborates further, explaining that Bakhtiari isn't receiving medical attention on the bench. Therefore, it's a curious enough situation to ask the former All-Pro after the game.

It's strange, to say the least. For starters, Demovsky doesn't mention anything about the other offensive players and coaches conversing, looking at tablets, or doing any other kind of work that requires everyone to be on the same page.

They're literally just standing there, as Demovsky notes.

And then, Bakhtiari has had so many complications with his knee, as mentioned earlier. Maybe it really is just about rest?

I'm not too sure I'd use one of my questions on this "development", but hey, I honestly can't wait to hear Bakhtiari's response if Demovsky actually asks him this silly question after the game.
