It is pro day szn, and the Dallas Cowboys are making the rounds across the country.

The 2022 NFL Draft is just over a month away. Colleges are hosting their yearly pro day workouts to give NFL scouts and decision-makers one last look at prospects before the draft arrives. This also gives players an opportunity to go through different drills that they may not have done at the NFL Combine.

One of the most loaded pro days this year is at Georgia. The Bulldogs are coming off a national championship season, and the program is loaded with NFL talent all over the roster.

Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy and defensive coordinator Dan Quinn are in Athens for the event on Wednesday. While this may not indicate who the Cowboys will draft, it still is at least somewhat telling.

As ESPN's Todd Archer points out, both McCarthy and Quinn attended Kentucky's pro day a year ago. Dallas selected two Wildcats defenders after getting an up-close view at the talent. Anyone who watches college football will agree that Georgia's 2021 defense was eons better than Kentucky's 2020 defense, so it's completely logical to think Dallas could follow last year's trend and find some future players in Athens.

Prospects that the Cowboys could have their eyes on include defensive tackle Jordan Davis, linebacker Nakobe Dean, and safety Lewis Cine. Wide receiver George Pickens and defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt are two other intriguing players that could be on the Cowboys' radar early in the draft.

Edge rusher Travon Walker is the headliner of Georgia's pro day after dominating the NFL Combine. Walker will likely be far out of the Cowboys' range. However, it is always smart for teams to do their own due-diligence.

It's fair to say that Quinn has his fair share of picks when it comes to his evaluations.

Georgia has been churning out NFL prospects year after year. Therefore, it wouldn't be a bad idea for the Dallas Cowboys to add some talent from the Bulldogs' program. Dan Quinn has to be salivating at the amount of defensive talent in Athens.
